San Francisco-based cloud security company Upwind has raised $250 million in a Series B round led by Bessemer Venture Partners, with participation from Salesforce Ventures and Picture Capital. The company stated, "With the new funding, Upwind will move faster across product and go-to-market while continuing to invest in customer support and global growth. The company will expand its platform across three key areas: data, AI, and code. This includes continuing to advance its AI security capabilities within its core cloud security platform and extending its runtime-first approach closer to developers to help prevent misconfigurations before they reach production."
Israeli OT security firm Claroty has raised $150 million in a Series F round led by Golub Growth, with an additional $50 million in secondary market financing from existing investors. The company says the "new investment will fuel global expansion through both organic and inorganic growth, as the company continues to pursue an aggressive vision for building the industry’s most comprehensive CPS protection platform."
Boston-based brand impersonation and account takeover defense platform provider Memcyco has secured $37 million in a Series A round led by new investors NAventures (the corporate venture arm of National Bank of Canada), E. León Jimenes, and PagsGroup, with participation from existing investors Capri Ventures and Venture Guides. The company says the funding will "accelerate Memcyco’s expansion into critical markets, including Latin America, where digital fraud rates are climbing."
French cyber insurance and risk management provider Stoïk has raised €20 million (US$23.7 million) in a Series C round led by new investor Impala and existing investor Opera Tech Ventures, with participation from existing investors Alven and Andreessen Horowitz. The company says the funding "will enable the company to invest further in proprietary AI capabilities at the core of its offering, accelerate its expansion across the continent, and strengthen its ambition to become the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) of Europe."
Israeli cybersecurity mesh architecture provider Mesh Security has landed $12 million in a Series A round led by Lobby Capital, with participation from S Ventures (SentinelOne CVC), and Bright Pixel Capital. The company says the "new funding will be used to further advance Mesh's autonomous, agentic capabilities, expanding how the platform reasons over cross-domain attack paths and enables system-level remediation, while scaling sales and customer support to meet growing enterprise demand."
Los Angeles-based security remediation startup Furl has raised $10 million in a seed round led by Ten Eleven Ventures, with participation from Rapid7 CEO Corey Thomas and Open Opportunity Fund. The company says the funding "will accelerate product development, expand operating system coverage, and deepen Furl’s remediation capabilities to handle more complex, multi-step fixes."
French AI coding security company Symbiotic Security has raised $10 million in a seed funding round led by Alven and Drysdale, with participation from angel investors. The company says the funding "will allow us to accelerate our product development, expand our go-to-market efforts, and support the commercial rollout of Symbiotic Code to enterprise customers who refuse to compromise."

The company says it will use the funding "to accelerate product development, expand deployments, and scale our go-to-market efforts with partners and customers worldwide."
Israeli application security startup Rein Security has emerged from stealth with $8 million in seed funding led by Glilot Capital. The company was founded by Unit 8200 veterans Matan Bar Efrat and Netanel Rubin.
Pleasanton, California-based SOC automation company AiStrike has raised $7 million in a seed round led by Blumberg Capital, with participation from Runtime Ventures, Oregon Venture Fund, and angel investors. The company says it will use the funding to scale its platform.
London and San Francisco-based digital forensics and incident response firm Asymmetric Security has raised $4.2 million in an oversubscribed pre-seed round led by Susa Ventures, with participation from Halcyon Ventures, Overlook Ventures, Seldon Lab, and angel investors. According to TTF, the company "plans to use the funding to expand its engineering and incident response teams."
Australian AI-generated code security startup Dam Secure has raised $4 million in a seed round led by Paladin Capital Group. The company says it "will use the new capital to accelerate product development and expand go-to-market efforts throughout 2026."
The Security Bulldog, a Washington, DC-based cybersecurity intelligence platform provider, has secured $400,000 in a pre-seed financing round led by Right Side Capital Management, with participation from new and existing angel investors. The company says the funding "will be used to expand product development, deepen integrations with leading security tools, and scale go-to-market efforts with enterprise and managed security service provider (MSSP) customers."

Swiss AI application governance company LatticeFlow AI has acquired Irish shadow AI discovery provider AI Sonar from CloudSphere. LatticeFlow stated, "As part of the acquisition, LatticeFlow AI assumes full ownership of AI Sonar’s platform, intellectual property, and engineering operations, establishing Dublin as its third R&D office alongside Zurich, Switzerland and Sofia, Bulgaria. The AI Sonar engineering team will continue the development of this enterprise-grade AI discovery platform, with full integration into LatticeFlow AI’s product roadmap. CloudSphere’s former CTO, Paul Mansfield, will join LatticeFlow AI and lead the combined engineering group."
Dutch information services company Wolters Kluwer has acquired Canadian governance, risk, and compliance provider StandardFusion for approximately €32 million (US$38.4 million) in cash. The company stated, "StandardFusion will be integrated into CP & ESG’s leading audit and assurance platform, TeamMate, creating a comprehensive offering that delivers a unified solution for audit and GRC. This strategic acquisition positions TeamMate to meet growing demand for integrated risk and control oversight, as organizations around the world face heightened regulatory requirements and increased cybersecurity threats."
New Jersey-based application security firm Radware has acquired Israeli API security testing company Pynt. Radware stated, "Pynt’s technology continues to be available as a standalone solution as well as integrated into Radware’s broader application security and API protection portfolio, simplifying API security for enterprise development, security, and DevSecOps teams."
New York-headquartered IT services provider Presidio has completed its acquisition of Irish MSP Ergo. Presidio stated, "Existing clients and partners of both organizations can expect continued service delivery excellence and support as the combined organizations work to expand capabilities and innovation across Europe."
Executive moves.
SecurityBridge has appointed Jesper Zerlang as its new CEO. Zerlang has served as Chairman of the company's board for the past twelve months. SecurityBridge's co-founders, Christoph Nagy and Ivan Mans, will transition out of their respective roles as CEO and CTO, and will "remain strategically central to the business in pivotal roles focused on product evangelism and high-impact, customer-driven initiatives, leveraging their SAP engineering depth, credibility, and long-term product vision."
Pathlock has named Damon Tompkins as CEO. Tompkins joined Pathlock in 2022 and has "played a key role in elevating the company's go-to-market strategy."
Microsoft has hired Andréa Mallard as Chief Marketing Officer for Microsoft AI. Mallard previously served as Global CMO at Pinterest.
DataDome has appointed Pradheep Sampath as Chief Product Officer. Sampath previously served as CPO at Entersekt.
