Israeli security analytics firm Vega has raised $120 million in a Series B round led by Accel, with participation from Redpoint, Cyberstarts, and CRV, Calcalist reports. The funding brings the company's valuation to $700 million.
Saudi Arabian OT security firm DSShield has raised $54 million in a funding round led by Merak Capital. The company stated, "The investment will be used to expand DSShield's security operations capacity, strengthen its advisory and implementation capabilities, scale managed services, and accelerate investment in proprietary technology development. The partnership will also support growth across operational technology offerings and an expanding client base across government, critical infrastructure, and enterprise environments, establishing a clear pathway toward a public listing as DSShield enters its next phase of growth."
Israeli AI identity governance startup Act Security has raised $40 million in a Series A round led by Notable Capital, with participation from Startpoint Capital, Claltech, and existing investors Bessemer Venture Partners, Team8, Hetz Ventures, and Brightmind, Calcalist reports. The company closed a $20 million seed round in August 2025.
California-headquartered Armadin, an AI-powered network security startup founded by Kevin Mandia, has raised $24 million in seed funding from Ballistic Ventures, the Wall Street Journal reports. The Journal says Armadin "is in talks with Accel, GV, and Kleiner Perkins to raise $100 million or more," and the "deal is expected to value the company at more than $600 million."
South Korean SIEM provider Logpresso has secured $12 million in Series B funding from KB Investment and others. The company will "accelerate global market entry, starting with expanded partnerships in Japan," and will "actively pursue strategic M&A and technical collaborations to broaden its security capabilities and accelerate global business development."
Utah-based security compliance automation Paramify has raised $12 million in a Series A round led by Moore Strategic Ventures, with participation from existing investors Album VC and Next Frontier Capital, and Frasier VC. The company's founder and CEO Kenny Scott stated, "With this investment, we will scale both the product and our team to meet that demand and continue delivering the automation, control, and speed that enterprise GRC teams have been asking for."
Belgian homomorphic encryption provider Wodan AI has raised €2 million (US$2.3 million) in a pre-seed round led by JME Ventures, Swanlaab, and Adara Ventures, with participation from ScaleFund. The company says the funding will accelerate R&D and support "deployments across banking, defense, and public administration."
Turkish MSSP Gardiyan has raised $2 million in a funding round led by APY Ventures, with participation from Yeni Nesil Teknoloji GSYF, İvedik GSYF, and Ostim GSYF. The company says it "will use the new investment to accelerate its global growth through international marketing activities, opening overseas offices, and strategic partnerships."

New Zealand-based cybersecurity consultancy Bastion Security Group has agreed to acquire Australian security consultancy Phronesis Security. Phronesis stated, "We will now form a team of nearly 200 cyber security professionals across Australia and New Zealand to be able to provide a broader range of services, and leverage a wider skillset for our clients' benefit."
Dublin-headquartered MSSP Integrity360 has acquired Belgian cybersecurity services firm Cresco. The company stated, "The acquisition will enable Integrity360 to expand further into continental Europe and provides additional skilled resources to its existing substantial offensive security, cyber security consulting and compliance capability." Additionally, "Integrity360 will invest in Cresco for it to become a regional services hub for the group for the whole Benelux region providing the full suite of Integrity360 cyber security services. During 2026 this will include the addition of a new SOC (Security Operations Centre) based in Brussels, which will be become a local access point for the existing circa 200 person Integrity360 global SOC organisation which currently operates from facilities in Dublin, Stockholm, Rome, Sofia, Madrid, Cape Town and Johannesburg."
Arizona-based MSSP itSynergy has acquired the Itegria line of business from Comply. The company stated, "The transition expands itSynergy's capacity to support financial services firms with dedicated IT and cybersecurity expertise. With this acquisition, itSynergy will take on full responsibility of IT and cybersecurity services historically delivered through Itegria, allowing Comply to continue focusing on its rapidly growing regulatory technology platform. Many firms will continue to work with both organizations, now in a more coordinated, purpose-built model."
Dallas-based private equity firm Broadwing Capital has acquired Tennessee-headquartered MSSP CloudScale365. Eliot Kerlin, Jr., co-founder and managing partner at Broadwing Capital, stated, "With a focus on SMBs and a strong history of growth, CloudScale365 is the ideal cornerstone investment and foundation of our MSP platform."
